So a special heartfelt thanks to these people who made me smile today…

  • to the lady at the dentist office who took time to notice and play peek a boo with my very squirmy four year old as we waited for the doctor to come in. :)
  • to the lady at McDonald’s whose beautiful smile and dancing eyes greeted us as we ate and as we left with a “you all have a good day!” :)
  • to the complete stranger at Walmart who noticed my kids today and wanted to complete a random act of kindness and purchase gifts for my children. (just because…) :)
  • to the man who stopped to help the lady with her disabled vehicle at the stop sign.  :)

1. What were you doing 10 years ago?

Ten years ago we had just moved to GA from PA.  Joshua was 3.  I was pregnant with my daughter, Mary Elizabeth.  Joshua and I spent our time at the library and on field trips.  I had my first real camping experience with our local boy scout troop that summer.  My husband was a leader there!

2. What are 5 things on my to-do list for today:

  • Tidy the house.
  • Bathroom cleaning…need I say more…
  • Fold laundry.
  • Help my teenager organize his space. :)

3. Snacks I enjoy:

  • cheese
  • Red peppers and melba rounds
  • Peppermint Patties
  • grapes
  • chips and salsa

4. Things I would do if I were a billionare:

  • Help others.
  • Buy a beach house.
  • Fund a school/center for autistic children.
  • Fund an autism support center.
  • Buy an RV and travel the country.
